A healthy balanced diet is what we need to have a truly healthy lifestyle, this includes fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and lean proteins. These contain empty calories and have no nutritional benefit to you whatsoever, so use them as a treat from time to time and not a snack after lunch.
