  • Honey – 3 tbsp.

  • Vegetable oil – 2 1/2 lb. (for the grill)
  • Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp. (for garnish)

Method 

1. Put balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, green onions, and garlic in a bowl and whisk together, setting aside a quarter-full cup of the marinade. 

2. Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag, add the remaining marinade, and keep it in a fridge overnight or at least 2 hours.

  • Extra-virgin olive oil – 3 tbsp.

  • Corn tortillas- 8 
  • Diced avocado – 1 
  • Sour cream
  • Lime wedges
  • Mayonnaise ¼ c.
  • Lime Juice
  • Chopped cilantro fresh – 2tbsp
  • Honey – 1tbsp
  • Purple cabbage – 2c. Shredded
  • Corn kernels – 1 c. 
  • 1 minced jalapeño

Method 

1. Put paprika, lime juice, cumin, cayenne, olive oil, and chili powder in a medium shallow bowl and whisk generously into a fine mixture.

2. Toss cod in your mixture so that it is evenly coated, letting it marinate for 15 min.

3. As you wait, whisk mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, and cilantro in a large bowl, adding jalapeno, corn, and cabbage. Season it with pepper and salt.

4. Next, place a skillet over medium heat on the grill and add vegetable oil. Take your marinated cod, seasoning filets from both sides using salt and pepper. Put the fish on the skillet with the flesh side facing down, cooking each side until opaque for 3-5 mins.
