Perhaps we looked at our communities, workplace, and even the world through another lens. That’s why this New Year is so important. 2020 has taken its toll on everyone’s style. We have shown up to work calls and even virtual happy hours in sweats and/or old t-shirts. After being cooped up for the majority of 2020, it is time to broaden your horizons. Take a trip whether near or far to a place you have never been before. Getting out of your comfortable home, neighborhood, and town allows you to experience a place like a kid again. You see, smell, hear, taste, and live as if everything is a bit new, different. Travel is the best education money can buy. Plus, it’s a great way to check-in with yourself.

New Year’s resolutions have never been more important. They symbolize a new chapter in our lives. Certainly, all of us can sympathize with wanting to say goodbye to 2020. It just plain stink, stank, stunk. To kick off a great year and new chapter, pledge to make at least one New Year’s resolution for yourself.
