In today’s Beer Snobs United Review, on the tasting block is Supplication Sour Brown Ale. An amazing beer that is getting rave reviews around the beer scene, this Brown Ale is aged in used Pinot Noir barrels from Sonoma County wineries for about 12 months with sour cherries, brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus added to each barrel. Flavors from the cherries, Pinot Noir and oak balance each other nicely with a little funk from the brett. Click the video for the full review and plan on adding this bottle to your beer collection.
