Did you know that Saint Patrick’s Day began as a “feast day” in honor of the anniversary of the day he died. To honor him, Christians would put aside their Lenten restrictions on food and alcohol consumption on this day alone, leading to the excessive drinking that has become so permanently linked to the celebration. While we are not advocating the excessive drinking, we want you to enjoy the right drinks. And who better to turn to than our great friends at Guinness for some properly crafted drinks (other than, of course, a Guinness) to enjoy for the day.

In a 20 oz. pint glass, pour Guinness Blonde American Lager first. Using a pouring spoon or inverted teaspoon, pour Guinness Draught over the top of the spoon so it disperses evenly.
The dark stout will float on a layer above the lager beer. Fill the pint to the rim and enjoy.
