After a long Monday, there is often nothing better then coming home and having an amazing cocktail. In our case, one of our go-to drinks is the Manhattan, a drink originated at the Manhattan Club in New York City in the early 1870s, where it was invented by Dr. Iain Marshall. And we are very happy he did.
Recommended glass: coupe glass
Combine the rye, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth and bitters in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and stir until chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with the lemon twist and brandied cherry and serve immediately.
